Le Bon Goƻter creates its own bases using delicious fresh milk and cream from a family-owned and operated farm located in Modesto, California. The cattle roam and graze freely in green pastures, and dont even get close to hormones like rBST and rBGH.
We only ever use all-natural ingredients in our production, and never pre-fabricated bases, preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. We source from local providers whenever possible, and go to painstaking lengths to create an authentic product with full attention to detail, and without cutting corners. As an example, our French Vanilla ice cream is made exclusively from imported French Polynesian vanilla beans opened and scraped one by one, slowly, carefully, and by hand. You can't even imagine the difference this makes to the final flavor until you try it.
Carefully monitored during churning, our frozen desserts contain less than twenty percent air. Small batch sizes ensure the smooth consistency and the natural stability of the product.
Our rich and creamy ice creams, frozen custards, sherbets, fat-free sorbets, and low fat frozen yogurts are crafted according to the season. We are always experimenting with new flavors, and welcome your suggestions.
